Apartment maintenance and repair job.

Full-time work doing apartment projects, maintenance and repairs. Job involves painting, landscaping, cleaning and general labor.

Requirements:

Works independently

Must have your own car or truck

Cell phone

Excellent references

Non-smoker

Manual labor experience preferred

College education preferred

The hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Pay starts at $22/hour with the potential for raises.
