DescriptionWe are looking for a world-class survey designer and employee experience professional to join the Global Client Athlete Experience team and lead a robust Survey Program focused on Client's Firstline employees. As the Survey Program Manager, you’ll join the Global Client Athlete Experience team where our mission is to Attract, Value and Grow the Firstline population in Client Direct. This population makes up well over half of Client’s total global workforce and their voices and experiences are central to the way in which Client intends to grow into the future.The Survey Program is the first of its kind. You will be responsible for designing, scaling, and administering the program. This will include intake processes, a seasonal and annual survey plan, designing and consulting on survey design, managing publication of surveys, survey data analysis and dissemination, and designing and delivering an Athlete Voice insight Dashboard.A successful Survey Program Manager will have deep experience in designing surveys that can provide information that can influence and drive decision making. This person will be able to work with a large extended team to create, publish and manage surveys. You will be able to work with Client Global and Geo teams to isolate survey goals, identify impactful surveys and survey questions, and consider the timing and implementation across competing priorities. You will be able to use multi-disciplinary quantitative and qualitative approaches to define and isolate friction in the Athlete experience and elevate insights into the organization.As a valued advisor to business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in influencing Client’s strategy for digital, retail and Athlete experiences. You will lead research design and craft compelling stories to influence critical decisions by channeling your empathy for Client’s Firstline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business: HR, Legal, Privacy, Digital, Operations, Learning + Development, and more. You’ll manage scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables for the survey program. You will lead the creation of insights presentations and dashboards, from an ad-hoc to a quarterly basis. As part of this, you will conduct analyses on your data sets, identifying the key insights to elevate to the organization through creative storytelling and data visualization. Key responsibilities:- Leverage your mastery of research methodologies and data analysis to design and execute all elements of survey-based research – from calendaring, survey design, data collection and analysis to reporting. Have an excellent grasp on objectives and limitations to deliver on appropriate needs.
- Define, produce, and present deliverables including dashboards, presentations and recurring reports that identify opportunities to shape Client Athlete experiences and that inform and inspire internal stakeholders to action.
- Develop and adhere to timelines to run and implement project components efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and extended partners to build rapport, trust, and satisfaction.
- Understand stakeholder needs and help them reach their goals via research execution, as well as giving suggestions based on subject matter expertise.
- Recognize opportunities for improvement and take action to capitalize on them. Actively lead problem solving efforts, providing suggestions and taking action on areas needing improvement. Adapt processes and analyses as needs change.

Qualifications- B.A. in related field such as HR Analytics, Business, or Social Sciences.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative research or employee experience role
- Experience leading large, concurrent projects
- Experience leading research on people, process or technology, experience in retail/commerce experiences is a plus
- Exceptional ability to analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations
- Experience with digital survey tools and reporting databases and tools
- Experience working within a global organization or demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a diverse team
- Experience with cross-tab tools and statistical packages
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management, including intake, project tracking, timeline management, etc.
- A meaningful understanding of emerging trends in employee experience research, employee insights, etc.
