Ideally, you will have experience working with clients to achieve an overall successful outcome and have background identifying and communicating the client’s success criteria and expectations to a team of software developers.We currently have an opening on our Healthcare/Life Sciences and High Performance Computing team for a self-sufficient and self-motivated team member. We are a small team where transparency is highly valued between every single team member including the executives. We highly value taking ownership of tasks and projects without having someone tell you what to do. We'd rather have you tell us what to do to make things better. Day to Day:- Lead an engineering team through small, medium and large scale projects
- Interface with clients, offering support and guidance throughout projects
- Develop diverse technology based solutions
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements- 5 - 7+ years of software development experience
- Full stack developer with an emphasis on backend development
- Strong client communications skills
- Prototype, design, implement cloud-based applications based upon a microservices architecture
- Domain driven design and Bounded Context experience preferred
- Familiarity with with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with integrating existing software with new software modules
- Knowledge of modern software design and development principles
- AWS Developer Associate certification strongly preferred
- Programming experience with Kubernetes, Docker, React, SQL, Python, Java and JavaScript
