Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

We are looking for a reliable and personable Bilingual Receptionist / Calendar Clerk to join our busy law firm. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring that clients receive excellent service from the moment they contact us. Primary Objectives

Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers.

Greet clients and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Support staff and attorneys with administrative and clerical tasks.

Process, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, and other correspondence.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Professional communication skills (verbal and written) with a client-focused approach.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to follow established workflows and procedures.

Experience handling multi-line phone systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Adaptable to changing policies, procedures, and office needs.

Reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining a tidy workspace.

Commitment to teamwork, respect, and inclusivity.

Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.

Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors.

Accurately enter messages into the document management system.

Confirm and update client contact information.

Schedule appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar.

Report IT or software issues as needed.

Keep office, kitchen, and storage areas neat and organized.

Assist staff with daily administrative tasks.

Open, date-stamp, and scan all incoming mail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience answering phones and managing reception duties preferred.

Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, and write) required.
