Description Do you have excellent data entry skills and a familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions? Robert Half is seeking Bookkeepers to assist our clients in the Clackamas area. Bookkeepers record financial transactions, maintain financial records, check financial data, and update financial statements. Bookkeepers ensure accounts are current and accurate, using specialized software, spreadsheets, and other tools to track and manage data.A Bookkeeper has many responsibilities, including:
Tracking and managing financial data.
Documenting transaction details.
Entering financial transactions in databases.
Organizing financial reports.
Checking accounting.
Notifying senior staff of accounting errors.
Requirements
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
Excellent data entry skills.
Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
