Breakfast Server

We are looking for a breakfast server to join our small growing restaurant family at The Winchester Inn here in Ashland.

The perfect candidate is a charismatic and intelligent communicator with an innate sense of hospitality, the ability to multi-task and anticipate guest needs. The software used is Lightspeed. This would be an opening position. Shift duties include:

-Opening the building in the morning

-Setting up coffee and tea service for guests

-Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant

-Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience

-Stocking and polishing of silverware and dishes

-Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners

-Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner in accordance

with company standards

-This position requires open availability.

Qualifications:

-1-2 years of restaurant service experience is preferred.

-Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

-Able to work well under pressure.

-Strong attention to detail.

-Professional appearance and manners.

-Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

-Food Handlers & OLCC Certified

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
