Bud Tenders

We are a small, locally-owned dispensary located in Springfield.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, cannabis enthusiast to add to our tight-knit team of budtenders. Cannabis retail experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be 21+ and have at least 3-4 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.

Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner.

Verify proper identification for each customer.

Knowledge of Green Bits POS system to transact customer purchases.

Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Help with social media posts as needed.

Maintain a clean and inviting work environment.

Address customers’ concerns and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked, clean and organized.

Maintain the ability to recommend appropriate cannabis products based on effects and dosage.

Follow company bud tending procedures to not exceed daily limits per recreational customer or medical patient.

Prepare online and curbside orders according to company SOPs.

Maintain pre-roll inventory stock.

Follow all opening and closing SOPs as developed by the company.

OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit is required for hire.
