- Responsible for development of application using object-oriented Java tools and methodologies.
- Responsible for customization and configuration of WC components and solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server technology including Windows NT4, Windows 2000 & Windows 2003, Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003, Active Directory, SQL Server, Terminal Server and Citrix Server.
- Working knowledge of FTP, Telnet, Ping, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SNMP, HTTP and LDAP.
- Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Responsible for understanding and documenting technical specifications at the javadoc and design/specification level.
- Responsible for code management and utilization of code management software.
- Responsible for understanding and utilizing tools such as Rational Rose, Eclipse, Clearcase, and memory/performance analysis tools (like NetBeans).
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of complex scope (design product solutions based on the functional manager's specifications ensuring that the solution meets business requirements).
- Provide guidance to development teams to design, build, test and deliver applications to the business.
- Provide the appropriate training to team members.
- Manage development projects effectively to achieve the desired "business problem resolution" in a timely and efficient manner.
- Expert level experience developing BW solutions in BW4/HANA / BW On HANA, (DTPs, Transformations, ABAP Routines, DataSources, ADSOs, Composite Providers, etc.)
- Very experienced pulling data from S/4 / SLT via CDS views and ODP, initimately knows SAP DDIC
- Native HANA development a plus - SQL, Eclipse / HANA Studio, Calculation, Analytic, Attribute Views, etc.
