● Prepares, organizes, and maintains accurate, updated information in both electronic and paper participant files reflecting the entire history of a program participant including log of supportive services issued
● Provides case management with a focus on helping customers to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency
● Complete the tasks from the menu of services you are assigned
● Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars. and other classroom activities designed to prepare participants for career pathways
● Coordinate online learning activities; assigns appropriate courses related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress
● Administer Pre/Post-test assessments as needed
● Conduct assessment of skills, aptitudes and abilities
● Research and identify and deliver appropriate curriculum as needed to meet objectives
● Ensure adequate preparation for all training activities; materials on hand, room set-up etc.
● Interpret employer feedback to tailor course content as needed
● Collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of work opportunities
● Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations
● Develop rapport with participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests
● Keep the Family Coaches informed of your input and status of each participant assigned
● Encourage sparticipants to maintain career portfolios allowing them to document their learning and skill attainment
● Work with participants to problem solve employment issues
● All other training and training management duties as assigned
● Perform other duties as requested.
