Caregiver In Home

Part time-Full time In Home Caregiver/PSW position available for weekend and weekdays. $20.50-26.00/hr. Located outside of Gold Beach. Adult female client who requires full assist with ADLs and Hygiene. Home is

equipped with in home surveillance system. Reliable transportation is a

must.

Duties include:

Personal Hygiene, dressing, feeding, medication administration and light

housekeeping. Must be able to assist 90lbs. from wheelchair to bed and

provide full assist with ambulation for short distances.

Current PSW/State Provider number preferred but not necessary. Must pass background check and

register with state of Oregon or Premier Community Supports as personal support worker. Position pays

$20.50-26.00/hr.(Medical/Dental/401 K/ PTO benefits are provided when eligible).
