Caregiver Needed

We are in need of a caregiver for our 99 year old mother. This will allow us to have some respite time. We would prefer to have someone come in two to three times a week for 6 hours. Only during the day. Obviously, we would prefer someone who has experience in dealing with geriatric patients. Our mother is ambulatory with a walker. She is fall prone. She will need some assistance with her ADLs. Light cooking for lunch would be required. Also, she will need help with her physical therapy. Basically, gently reminding her to walk, work on balance, and do small exercises like sit to stands. We would like someone who enjoys conversation and has an engaging personality.
