Our foreman’s play a vital role and are at the core of our company, helping to construct and/or maintain wireless infrastructure (cell towers). They are working managers who serve a dual role getting their hands dirty while serving as on-site leaders to our crews simultaneously interacting with clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated, physically agile, collaborative individuals to join our team. Position involves travel and possibly performing work at heights.

POSITION INFORMATION

Pay: $30-$45/HR Depending on qualifications

Work Location: Throughout the state of Oregon

Office Location: Cottage Grove, OR

GENERAL DUTIES

1.Crew Leadership: Manage onsite operations, interpret construction drawings, handle client inquiries, trouble shoot issues, de-escalate problems, complete required paperwork, maintain compliance.

2.Job Preparation: Review the scope of work with your team. Work with Warehouse Manager to identify materials, load vehicles and stock supplies/tools.

3.Technical: Assist with tower construction and maintenance by climbing towers or serving as a ground technician handling tools and materials.

4.Utilize Tools and Equipment. Use, manage, and care for a variety of tools and equipment throughout the workday including but not limited to testing equipment, hand tools, rental equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc…

5.Safety: Perform safety checks and participate in safety discussions with team.

6.Documentation: Utilize a variety of online programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, Trello.

7.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Driver’s License with a good driving record (past 3 years)

Drug testing required

Ability to travel throughout the northwest and be out of town 5 days a week.

Ability to work overtime

3 years’ experience in construction, engineering, electrical work, maintenance, or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties.

Experience with leadership (supervision, work delegation)

Preferred

Experience in wireless infrastructure construction

Certifications applicable to the work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to climb various towers up to 300+ ft.

Ability to work in weather conditions ranging from snow, rain, wind to high heat and everything in between.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
