Centerline Guitars - Sales Manager Position

Guitar Sales - Newly opened guitar store in Bend is needing aggressive Commissioned Salespeople to bring in buyers.

Salespeople must be clean with good hygiene , self-starters able to work independently outside and inside the store. Must be able to find buyers and bring them into the store to buy guitars, supplies, lessons, repairs, and tune-ups. Above all, salespeople must be able to sell and bring in revenue, use the internet, have ideas to promote the store and sell, sell, sell.

This is a 1099 performance-based position at 24% commission on all sales made by the salesperson. There are bonuses for volume sales. There is an opportunity to meet famous musicians and become a part of a company that has a passion for stringed instruments and compassion for the people that play them well and those that want to play them well.

Any ideas that are implemented and result in consistent revenue for Centerline Guitars will result in percentages of ownership within an LLC environment.
