Job DescriptionA footwear/apparel retailer in Beaverton OR is seeking a Change Manager to join their Human Resources division. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement effective change management strategies across HR. As part of the People Solutions team, the Change Manager will also work with executive leadership to navigate ambiguity and establish clear directives. Key responsibilities include creating a comprehensive "playbook" to guide future processes. The ideal candidate has experience within in a matrixed environment and can clearly define and communicate strategic plans.
