Responsibilities include: Communicating with houseless community, providing professional, kind, & compassionate information to community-at-large seeking assistance by phone, email and/or in person; composing documents, including bulletins, newsletters, reports and correspondence. Completing tasks for various church members. Answering the phone.
Qualifications include: Previous experience in an office setting (references needed). Experience in administrative tasks, customer service, bookkeeping. The ability to work independently. The willingness to provide help & support to the community & church members. Familiarity with Power Point and Publisher a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Books necessary. Ability to type and speak accurately and efficiently in English a must.
