Clubhouse Maintenance & Repair Person

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Maintenance and Repair Person. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of our clubhouse facilities, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.

- Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse facilities to identify any repair or maintenance needs.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner.

- Troubleshoot and repair any equipment or appliances within the clubhouse.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clubhouse, including common areas, bathrooms, and storage areas.

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or renovations when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance techniques.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
