Job Title: CNC MachinistJob Description: M-F day shift, $22-$28hr DOE, offers company benefitsCNC lathe and mill operation - Responsible for operation, loading and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.Machinery: CNC Lathes - DMG Moris, Doosans, OKUMA; CNC Mills - Cincinnati MAG, OKUMA Genos Vertical, OKUMA MC50-VA; Manual Machiners - Trak TRL Lathe, Lagun Mill & Trak Mill, Grinders Kent, Finishing AV-3, Saws Do-All Vertical Bandsaw.Must possess basic math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.Understanding in blueprint reading/geometric tolerance interpretation.Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and other tools as needed (calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales)Detects equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities, controls, or control media as required to ensure quality of production.Reports all machine malfunctions to Management.Skills
