CNC Machinist

Mill Sprocket & Machinery Corp. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. We are a hands-on machine shop specializing in repair work and custom machining, primarily serving the local lumber and wood products industries. If you enjoy working on one-off parts, small production runs, and equipment repairs, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate CNC lathes using conversational programming

Run 3- and 4-axis mills using Fusion 360 CAM

Set up and machine parts from start to finish

Maintain machines and keep them clean and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Fusion 360 CAM/CAD, and Mastercam

Comfortable with multi-axis milling

Detail-oriented and able to work independently
