CNC Plate Table Operator

Steel Fabrication Shop conveniently located right off the freeway in Ridgefield, Washington seeking an experienced CNC Plate Table Operator to join our team and contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Requirements:

Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age

3 Years Experience and Proficiency with:

o CNC plate table

o Plasma Pipe Cutter/Coper Experience a plus

o Voortman V807 Robotic plasma beamline or other similar equipment

o Band Saw

o Geka Iron Worker

o Some Cad experience a plus

Proficiency operating the CNC Machines in our shop; maintain production machinery, including but not limited to drill presses.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing of components.

Set up machines according to job requirements, including loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and verifying accuracy.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production goals.

Ability to Lift 65 lbs.

Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours

Ideal Candidates Have:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.

Knowledge of machine operations and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Consistent, On Time, Attendance History

Interest in Stable Environment with Long Term Opportunities.

Can Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $22 - $28 Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience

Schedule:

Monday Through Friday 6 am – 3:30 pm

8- and 10+ Hour Shifts

Required overtime adjusted to needs of business, Occasional Saturdays
