Construction Framing

Looking for framers at all skill levels. I’m looking for full time employees. Pay scales listed below are typical, but I’m open to negotiate for the right people. Hablo Espanol

40 hour weeks

Overtime opportunity

Pay every two weeks

Drive time paid for long distance jobs

Commute only to Woodburn shop, company vehicles to the jobsite

Need to have:

Transportation to the Woodburn shop

Ability to work with 2-3 man crew

Show up to work on time

-Working Foreman ($28 and up)

Ability to manage a 2-3-man crew. (framing residential SFR)

-#1 Position ($26-$28)

Knowledgeable about all framing steps. (Framing walls, floor and roof systems). Ability to maintain a productive work pace.

-#2 Position ($20-$24)

Familiar with most framing steps. Knowledgeable about all pick up work. (hold downs, hardware install, sheer wall, nailing, point loads, etc.)

-#3 position starting at $18

Little to no experience. Ability to safely use a power tool, read a tape measure, and heavy lifting. You will need to have your own carpenter bags and hand tools.
