JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BREAKDOWN:

Analyze/Negotiate (bids, sales etc) - 30%

Compliance - 30%

Contract Management - 30%

Functional Improvement (tools and processes) - 10%

Description:

Key position within the Parker-Meggitt Plymer Seals and UK composites division (annual revenues of in excess of USD $180M) of a large multi-Billion matrix corporation

Responsible for leading the contract analysis, negotiation, execution and life-cycle management of complex civil and military contracts for manufacturing business within the aerospace supply chain

Consistently applies commercial knowledge and acumen for process improvement/implementation and improving the commercial capabilities of a business.

Applies working knowledge of Trade/export compliance regulations and experience of US Government contracting regulations (FAR and DFAR)

Manage the full life cycle of commercial contracts with customers and work to ensure that strong long-term contract financial performance is achieved in line with expectations.
