CrossFit Coach in Redmond @ CrossFit Magnify

We're looking to add one amazing coach to our team at CrossFit Magnify! This is a part-time position coaching 10-15 classes per week depending on availability. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a flexible schedule, able to coach mornings on some days, evenings on others with the occasional Saturday morning thrown in.

Qualifications:

- Coach has been doing CrossFit at his/her primary form of exercise for at least 1 year

- CF Level-1 or higher certification (open to other certifications if applicable)

What we're looking for

- Exemplary interpersonal skills, ability to create rapport with clients and adapt/pivot to accommodate different learning styles

- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

- Ability to perform all normal "Rx" movements in order to demonstrate to athletes

- Good customer service skills, able to be trusted to oversee gym as the only employee on location during some class times

- Previous coaching experience preferred but not required
