CSR/Dispatcher (Redmond)

America's premier plumbing service company is expanding and needs a qualified Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The ideal candidates must have practical and working knowledge of Office duties and procedures.

Essential functions of this position will be scheduling and dispatching plumbing, drain cleaning, and water restoration jobs accurately and in a timely fashion.

Applicants must be experienced in working with very busy environment, who is able to anticipate next steps and needs due to experience, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. You will be interacting closely with team members.

This position requires excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Under pressure, one must maintain a high level of professionalism. Some overtime will be required along with working the occasional weekend.
