Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon to manage a high volume of calls and conduct intake assessments over the phone. This role requires strong database navigation skills, data entry proficiency, and the ability to apply empathetic listening skills and creative problem solving. You will be coordinating with multiple community partners and ensuring strict confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethics.Responsibilities: Conduct over-the-phone questionnaires Manage high call volumes efficiently Make referrals for qualified individuals Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries and ethics Apply empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving strategies to assist individuals Requirements 2+ years of proficiency in customer service is required Ability to type at a speed of 45 - 60 Words Per Minute (WPM) Experience in account management is necessary Administrative assistance skills are essential Experience in handling multi-line phone system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
