Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Marketing/PR industry. This opportunity is for a short-term, temporary employment, and will be based onsite in the Beaverton, Oregon area. The role entails the execution of tasks such as managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting with outbound calls for lead qualification.Responsibilities: Undertake outbound calls to liaise with various business owners across the U.S. to coordinate approvals. Take proactive measures to monitor customer accounts and react appropriately. Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to manage and organize customer information. Use typing skills (45-60 WPM) to maintain customer databases and handle administrative tasks. Offer customer service through inbound and outbound calls.Requirements Must possess strong skills in customer service, capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Must be proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, adept at managing high call volumes and providing timely responses. Should possess a typing speed of 45-60 WPM, ensuring swift and accurate data entry and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in providing administrative assistance is required, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence and handling office procedures.
