Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour

Full time shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Part time shift: Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – Close & Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive and process inbound truck driver paperwork, process bill of lading, file, copy documents.

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist drivers as needed.

· Schedule appointments.

· Create and locate purchase orders.

· Identify discrepancies in shipments.

· Manage storage accounts in a multi-temperature warehouse up to freezing temperatures utilizing the 3PL system.

· Label pallets, locate and assist with freight, and tag as needed.

· Warehouse inventory as needed, or time permits.

· Write freight/inventory tags for the warehouse as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (TruckMate experience preferred).

· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.

· Forklift experience is a plus.

· Effectively communicate with internal and external sources via email, phone, and in person.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Time management and ability to work independently.

· Beginner/intermediate typing skills, including experience with the 10-key by touch.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to work in a team and individually.
