A large well-known Healthcare company is hiring an Intake Specialist candidate to join the team for a great long term opportunity in NE Portland!Job Description:
Answer calls from patients regarding their home medical equipment orders
Insurance verification
Data entry of call information
Review daily order logs
Verify patient information, prescription details, and shipping information for validity
Cross reference data between internal and external systems
Open reports in Excel, sort and filter data
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience providing customer service over the phone
Familiarity with insurance verification and Healthcare experience is preferred
2+ months of experience performing data entry (in a call center setting preferred)
Ability to use Excel to: open spreadsheets, sort data
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
