Customer Success Specialist

The Role - As a full-time Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly guide helping our valued customers thrive with our online tools. You'll support portal navigation, personalize settings for peak efficiency, and contribute to evolving our ecommerce platform. This hybrid role blends hands-on customer support with exciting development opportunities, perfect for a proactive team player who loves solving problems and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through our online portal, troubleshooting and optimizing preferences to streamline their experience.

- Collaborate on ecommerce portal enhancements, leveraging insights to drive user adoption and satisfaction.

- Work with PIM (Product Information Management) data to ensure accurate, seamless product visibility and updates.

- Foster strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, feedback loops, and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

- Proven customer service background with a positive, can-do attitude that energizes teams.

- Comfortable in a collaborative setting, thriving on cross-functional projects and shared wins.

- Experience with ecommerce platforms, customer portals, or PIM systems is a big plus (but we're open to eager learners).

- Strong communication skills and tech-savviness to handle digital tools with ease.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
