DescriptionAs the Deposit Operations Senior Specialist, you will be providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and will support both our Phone and Processing Teams in the Retirement Services department. This position will primarily consist of answering phone calls and responding to chat conversations. Primary responsibilities include

Providing customer service to bank customers and branch colleagues by responding to phone calls and live chat conversations

Learning and understanding IRS regulations as they pertain to IRA products

Performing quality assurance/quality control tasks for various transaction

Research routine customer or bank inquiries as appropriate

Utilizing knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to help mitigate financial and reputational risk to Citizens

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

1-2 years customer service experience

Banking experience and/or IRA knowledge preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Proficient in MS Office

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Willingness to work as a team

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Possess the power to embrace change and consistently seek process improvement opportunities

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
