PurposeIntelerad is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Director who will oversee all recruiting initiatives and manage a top-notch team of global recruiters to support our Hiring Manager’s needs in the United States, Canada, India, Australia, the UK and the USA. This person will be instrumental in setting strategy and ensuring best practices and processes for hiring, as well as coaching, mentoring and monitoring work products for our team of recruiters.
As a proactive, hands-on Director, you’ll also perform full-cycle recruiting; working closely with hiring managers, building rapport throughout the company, and sourcing candidates for positions as needed. You’ll also be responsible for tracking, reporting, and presenting KPIs to the leadership team, and collaborating with outside  Executive Leadership to fill any gaps in at the Executive level. A global mindset and ability to work with many different personalities across departments, regions and levels in the organization is crucial to the success of this role.  Manage full life-cycle recruiting across the organizationOwn and support senior and executive-level role recruiting; managing agency relationships when neededDevelop recruiting processes and best practices to optimize team performance and drive efficient time to hire; create and maintain activity reports and dashboards to track key metrics to the business and make data-driven, actionable decisionsLead and manage our team of recruiters including weekly meetings and needed check-ins, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance managementConsult with and train hiring managers and interviewers on hiring process including hiring to values, delivering on our employee value proposition (EVP), interpreting candidate assessments, behavioral based interviewing, and best practicesPartner with executive leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy for their organizations and ensure proactive communication on active searchesIdentify roadblocks and seek out the root cause of problems, swiftly implementing compliant solutions that move the business forward and enable us to achieve our goalsCollaborate with Talent & Culture leadership to understand full 360 view of the business and business needs for the future; assist in future planning and budget for each fiscal year
