Dispatcher 75%
Summary/Objective
The Dispatcher provides assistance with the scheduling of personnel and facilitates the dispatching processes using scheduling software. The Dispatcher makes sure traffic control plans and customer orders are fulfilled in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role provides support to the dispatch team including accurate communication, updating records, and transmitting information. The Dispatcher coordinates with other departments in meeting metrics and overall business objectives.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for performing dispatch and operations support activities, including the following responsibilities:
Answer multiple phone lines.
Record and fill all customer work orders in a timely manner.
Assign flaggers to work orders to maximize coverage and optimize cost, labor and equipment efficiencies. Develop, establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all field team members.
Coordinates with employees on all signage and other equipment requirements to make sure all jobs are completely equipped.
Provide quality service to all customers; respond to all customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all customers.
Maintain accurate dispatch and employee attendance records.
Provide management with weekly dispatch and/or other reports as required.
Provide employee support and act as a liaison when issues arise.
Contribute to proper and timely information flow between departments and customers.
Maintain company records and files in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
Enters data in computer system and maintain logs, records, activities and other information.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Office Assistant 25%
Summary/Objective
Provides support to various departments within the office.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for performing administrative duties to support the business and various departments, including the following responsibilities:
Pick up, sort, and deliver mail to the post office by deadlines.
Prepare and ship PPE to employees including timesheets, etc.
Complete and track inventory of PPE items and timebooks
Maintain office supply inventory and ordering of supplies
Organize and scan timesheets to Everett office
Assist the HR department with managing employee training compliance
Assist the HR department in scheduling company truck drivers for drug screens
Manage field travel reservations (hotels and per diem)
Assist the Dispatch and HR department with reporting
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications and Competencies
Excellent computer skills including accurate and fast data entry
Ability to follow procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
