Driver with car, insurance and WiFi needed

My company inspects roads for cities using a camera we mount on the hood of cars or trucks (it's magnetic or applied with removable tape, does not damage the vehicle). We need a driver for a project in Bend, OR in May. All you need is a vehicle, insurance and WiFi (our device needs wifi to upload the photos it takes). This is roughly a 1-week project.
