To excel in this role, you will need to have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You also can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail. You have the capacity for planning in the short, medium, and long term, and have a creative attitude with strong presentation development skills.During a typical day/week, you will attend several cross-functional program / project status meetings, you will meet internally with the Technology Transformation Office leadership team, and you’ll obsess execution of our leadership events and communications.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Within this role, you'll perform a wide range of duties, including coordinating projects across the team focused on:- managing leadership events, including planning and production
- producing, editing, and reformatting documents, including executive briefs.
- supporting the procurement and approval processes related to speaking engagements
- assisting the development of strategic and operational plans for the department.
- aiding with creative projects as needed in partnership with team leaders
This opportunity also involves utilizing your computer skills to create high quality PowerPoint and Keynote presentations often under tight timeframes.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?As an Engagement Manager, you will be a part of the Strategy, Operations, & Design team within the Technology Transformation Office. You’ll partner extensively with teams throughout Global Technology as well as Client. WHAT YOU BRING TO CLIENT- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline
- Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and/or Keynote is required
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence’
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in project management or event coordination
- Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deliverables with tight dead
