Job Title: Electromechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and refurbishment of robotic parts and machines. This is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.Candidates must be comfortable helping set up workstations in the beginning. Will be mainly getting facility ready for production to start in mid august. They will be assemblers in mid august-Assemble, test, inspect, and repair robot electro-mechanical assemblies following work instructions, drawings, schematics, and checklists.-Prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, promptly reporting any issues.-Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.-Accurately record manufacturing data using MES software.-Provide process improvement recommendations.-Assist in training others.-Support other departments with in-process inspections and material handling as needed-Mechatronics/robotics assembly, test, troubleshooting experience highly desired-Excellent hand tool skills, mechanical aptitude, good manual dexterity and visual acuity. Electrical and/or electronics assembly/test experience a strong plusWork Site & Additional InformationThis is a fully on-site position in Salem, Oregon.High school diploma or GED; 2-year technical degree or military experience a plus-Ability to learn quickly and work independently and in teams.-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills-Ability to lift up to 45 lbs-Ability to work overtime Mon-Fri, and some weekends if needed 6am start timeAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
