As an Engineering Technician I, you will play a key role in keeping our resort running at its best. From preventative maintenance and everyday repairs to troubleshooting unexpected issues, your work will make a visible impact throughout the resort.As an Engineering Technician I, you will:Complete maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, and special projects.Perform general repairs, including painting, caulking, and facility upkeep.Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues.Install and troubleshoot TVs, appliances, and in-room electronics.Use maintenance systems to document, track, and complete assigned work.Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues.Follow established safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment.Identify and address potential safety hazards throughout the property.Support resort operations with additional maintenance needs and projects as assigned.
