We’re looking for a motivated and reliable tradesperson with 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Whether you’re still growing your skills or already well-rounded in multiple trades, there’s room for you on our team — and plenty of opportunity to grow.

Pay:

$25–$30/hr for 2+ years of experience

$30–$35/hr for 5+ years of experience

Raises of $0.50/hr for learning additional skills on the job

If you’re already a pro in one or more areas, your rate will reflect that. Pay is based on experience (DOE).
