We're hiring dedicated, hard-working individuals to assist with environmental cleanup efforts throughout the Portland Metro area. This is a hands-on role focused on cleaning up public spaces and helping restore the environment.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As an Environmental Clean Up Laborer, you’ll be working on-site throughout the city—cleaning up illegal camping sites, collecting debris, and ensuring public areas are safe and accessible. This role is critical in supporting public health and sanitation.

JOB DETAILS

Clean up and clear out illegal campsites and surrounding areas

Safely report and assist in identifying hazardous materials (e.g., needles)

Handle and dispose of human waste following proper safety protocol

Collect trash and debris in public spaces

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Must have reliable transportation to access different sites across the Portland Metro area

Comfortable with physical labor and exposure to challenging environments

Willingness to wear PPE and follow strict safety guidelines

Ability to lift 40+ lbs, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods

Previous experience in general labor or outdoor work is a plus

SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Occasional weekend shifts based on site needs

PAY:

$21.00 per hour
