Work Samples Required. MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required in business process management, business administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for a degree. Prior experience managing consultants and external vendors.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher education and/or ERP migration projects.
Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate both internally and externally on technical and non-technical matters. Demonstrated ability to manage large projects across multiple functional disciplines. Responsive to stakeholder needs with a high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to set, guide, and meet or exceed expectations.
