Description Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to key executives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, superb communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes

Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and take initiative

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
