A local Deck and Remodeling well-established and reputable company is continuing to grow, we are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team!

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter with at least 2 years of experience in framing, deck building, and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a "can-do" attitude! This role requires excellent technical skills, a passion for quality workmanship, and work independently. If you are a reliable, skilled carpenter to help others grow, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Repair, and replacement of wood and composite decks, as well as other remodeling projects.

Maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high team morale and job satisfaction.

- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and stay on budget.

- Maintain a basic set of tools and bags, ensuring that all equipment is in working condition.

- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience as a carpenter, with extensive experience in framing

- "Can-do" attitude, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Own a basic set of tools and carpenter bags. (we can help you with this if you need)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive pay of $22 - $27 per hour, with a wage review after 90 days.
