Experienced cleaner for high-end vacation rentals - Part Time

POSITION: Experienced Housekeeper with high level attention to detail and strong work ethic. Working for boutique management company cleaning oceanfront properties in Lincoln City and Depoe Bay (1 to 3 bedrooms). Rentals are high end, very established

DUTIES:

Clean properties as efficiently as possible while still maintaining the high standards of cleanliness expected, do laundry, and check inventories after guest departures

Take and email digital photos as necessary

Be familiar with the various properties and owner provided amenities

Go above and beyond to make the property ready and looking great for guests

Minor maintenance items ie replace batteries in smoke detectors and remotes, light bulbs, etc.

NOTE:

Condominium locations for jobs - no driving from house to house.

Quality guests who treat properties very well and leave them in great condition.

SKILLS:

Reliable and hardworking individual with ability to text, take photos and email.

Personal:

Ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard working with desire to work, dependable, able to work without constant supervision, and customer-service-oriented. Candidate should be thorough, and have good eye/attention to detail.

General Background:

1+ years cleaning experience (prefer vacation rental or hospitlity cleaning). Ability to do minor maintenance tasks (ie changing light bulbs, batteries, moving small furniture, etc) is also required.

SCHEDULE:

Job is part time based upon rental schedule; typical hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Flexible scheduling for part-time on busy days.

COMPENSATION:

Independent contractor DOE, starting $23/hr (opportunity for flat rate per property)
