Experienced Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians needed

Local property management company seeking experienced maintenance tech with general maintenance/construction knowledge. Year round, full time(40+) employment.

$22.00/hour + to start DOE plus benefits

2 years minimum experience preferred

Clean driving record with proof of insurance

Able to pass pre hire physical and drug screen

Able to work in inclement weather

Rotate with 24 hr on call duty

Use of personal vehicle required (no cars- must be able to tow small trailer), with a mileage reimbursement provided

Must have own basic tools

Experience in minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs

Able to work independently and as part of a team and track job times/costs accurately
