We do painting a little differently here - We're all about teamwork, going above and beyond for our clients, and getting 1% better every single day, and of course, having some fun while we do it.

This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 1-3 other painters, helping to bring life and color back to homes in the Mid-Willamette area.

The majority of our work is residential work, inside/outside of occupied homes, so a professional appearance and basic people skills are a must. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude will be key for your success in this role. If you're looking to work with a team and company that really cares about you, treats you fairly, and pushes you to grow and be the best version of yourself - this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of painting experience

Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering quality results

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation
