Experienced Painters Needed!

General Description

The Finish Painter position is for the most experienced painters who want to stick to doing primarily the high skill painting work. The main duties for the FP include spraying siding, doors, etc., brushing and rolling trim, maintaining sprayers and other equipment on large scale, exterior repaint projects. The FP also needs to be able to interact with clients and tenants in a polite and professional manner, though he is not their primary contact.

Deliverables and Accountabilities

Along with all crewmembers, the FP needs to be able to clearly understand work orders and production plans, and to implement them neatly and efficiently. FP is expected to deliver neat and accurate work efficiently.

The Finish Painter accomplishes this by:

·Continually developing skillsets

·Undergoing Performance Reviews with Crew Leader

·Practicing proper clean up and trailer organization

·Following Brotherhood Painting policies and Standard Operating Procedures
