Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self-storage facilities. Experienced Resident Management TEAM of 2 wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self-Storage facility.

$17.50 to $19.50 an hour each depending on experience, plus a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with all utilities included, a complimentary 10x10 storage unit, 2 weeks paid vacation after 1year, paid holidays, sick days, and health insurance.

Schedule is full-time.

Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle. Good employment references and criminal background check required.
