Farmhand/Farm Laborer

Farm Worker

$16-$18/hr.

We are looking for hard working, reliable farm workers to assist with our planting season. We are a recreational cannabis/hemp farm located in Wimer/Rogue River, Oregon.

We are looking to hire immediately. Positions are full-time but temporary, with the potential to become long-term. Pay starts at $16/hr. and goes up from there.

Duties include the following:

Digging

Trellising

Spraying

Watering

Foliage clean-up/maintenance

Transplanting

Harvesting

Trimming

Other general farm labor

Qualifications:

You must have a valid Worker’s Permit issued by the OLCC (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

Ability to arrive on time every day, as well as work long hours and weekends, as needed

Ability to lift and bend frequently as well as stand for long periods of time

Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions

Must have reliable transportation (we do not provide onsite living quarters)

Experience in labor/agriculture is required

Ability to operate heavy machinery is a bonus
