Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), and MMX experience preferred.
• Team player: able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Communicate effectively in a variety of settings & audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is required.

• Looking for a Finance Analyst, this role is pivotal to the maximization of revenue and delivers shareholder value through the maintenance of partner trade terms.
• Due to its cross-functional nature, this role requires an ability to build and maintain trusting business relationships.
• In addition, analytical and problem-solving skills will be utilized to identify, diagnose and resolve issues impacting marketplace partner orders and systems.

• You will proactively maintain all aspects of Partner trade terms (discounts and payment terms) in SAP and JBA, execute annual partner terms reviews, coordinate credit memo execution and tracking, process supplemental/manual override discount requests, and manage special projects.
• Accuracy and timeliness are key in this role.
• You will monitor and respond to daily email inbox inquiries, retain documentation for audit purposes and respond to audit inquiries.
• You will adhere to and clearly communicate current policies & procedures and SOX compliance practices.
