Forklift Operator – $17.50–$18.50/hr

Location: Albany, OR

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations at a reputable grass seed company in Albany. This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking team.

Pay: $17.50–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, hours may vary based on production needs

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and finished products from trucks and storage areas

Move materials to designated locations within the warehouse efficiently and safely

Stack and organize products to maximize storage space and maintain safe working conditions

Conduct daily safety inspections of forklifts and promptly report any maintenance concerns

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts

Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment

Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required; valid forklift certification preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Experience working in a warehouse or agricultural production environment a plus
