Freelance Computer Programmer

I am looking for a FREELANCE COMPUTER PROGRAMMER to write a program to be used by various sports. This program would be a BRACKET SYSTEM to randomly select opponents for each round of a DOUBLE ELIMINATION tournament of multiple teams or multiple players. The specifications for this program has been written and is easy to follow. This computer program would be used by a tournament director on a LAPTOP COMPUTER. He would post all entered competitors, direct all competitors to their opponent, post results of that round and direct remaining competitors to their next opponent in the following round. All competitors and their opponent for each round would be selected RANDOMLY by the computer until a winner is determined for the tournament.
