Location: 945 NW Bond St, Bend. Oregon

Compensation: Minimum wage + tips

Join our team at Spiceland Restaurant, a vibrant and welcoming Indian casual Fine Dining restaurant! We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members for the following positions:

Front of House Staff (Host/Server Assistant)

Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude

Assisting servers and maintaining a clean and organized dining room

Running food and drinks to tables

Ensuring a positive guest experience

Assisting with light side work(kitchen) and resetting tables

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

Previous experience a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!

Compensation:

Minimum wage plus tips (average hourly rate with tips is competitive)

Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a clean and organized dish area

Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils quickly and efficiently

Assisting with basic kitchen prep as needed

Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and organized

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Team player with a strong work ethic

Reliable and punctual

No experience necessary — we’ll train you!
